@sheth said: A sphinx planeswalker, though? Seems badass. I think we’re due for another nonhumanoid by this point, seriously.
Spinx planeswalker would be AWESOME. But then again… I just like sphinxes in general so I might be a WEE bit biased. Particularly since I like just about every color combination in which we find sphinx cards.
ramdomramblingsman asked: Could you tell me about your first experience with Evangelion?
It started out as simple curiosity because the characters looked so pretty… It didn’t end pretty.
I missed TMI tuesday last week for some reason… I don’t have the slightest idea why. But its still Tuesday for a bit! How about some asks for the ol’ ask box eh?
twirly-stache said: Heh. Seems a decent compromise. I think mtg is hurting for non-human planeswalkers. I might as well out myself as a Jace hater but I could take or leave every human-looking pw.
Obviously I’m not a Jace hater… (or so says 6+ months of work and $200 of fabric anyway…) but I also don’t really accept half of WotC’s “canon” as far as Jace goes. If you haven’t noticed. Granted, I can talk for DAYS about canon it is that Jace and Kallist were totally fucking and there’s some weird sexual tension involving a certain UR dragon guild master.
But I agree. More non-human planeswalkers would be really fun. The multiverse has a LOT of options that aren’t really being explored to their full potential.
And lesbians make EVERYTHING better. EVERYTHING.
twirly-stache asked: If you're in the mood to sketch anthropomorphic satyr-y Kirin type creatures I am curious to see how you might reimagine something like the Scylla.
I know what you’re referring to by Scylla proper… but as funny as it is my kind-of-sort-of Magic the Gathering planeswalker character I made in college was a merfolk named Scylla.
How about a picture of her? For now. Since I’ve got one on hand.
The other character is PrettiestKitsune’s character I designed at the same time. I dunno… I guess we felt like Magic could use some pretty lesbians jumping around the multiverse.
